Everest Base Camp Trek

Everest base camp treks is greatest attraction of this region is Mt. Everest (8848m) which is the world’s highest mountain peak and one of the toughest and challenging destinations for trekking someone can ever experience. It is also known as the home of Sherpa people and the mysterious Yeti.

The Everest base camp trek is one of the most thrilling adventure treks for excitement-seekers. The journey begins from Lukla (Buddhist Sherpa community) to Khumbu (homeland of Sherpa). We get introduced to two routes from Namche where one leads to viewpoint of Kala Pathar (5550m) and Everest Base Camp (5350m) and another leads to Gokyo Lakes. Various animals and birds, Rhododendrons and various dens caves are introduced to the passing trekkers.

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrive 1,350m/4,428ft

Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m/9184ft) and trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,698ft)

Day 03:  Phakding to Namche, (3,870m/12,684ft), 5-6 hours

Day 04:  At Namche, Acclimatization (3,870m/12,684ft)

Day 05:  Namche to Tengboche, (3,870m/12,684ft), 5-6 hours

Day 06:  Tengboche to Dingboche, (4,400m/14,435ft), 5-6 hours

Day 07:  At Dingboche Acclimatization day, (4,900m/16,076ft)

Day 08:  Dingboche to Lobuche, (4,900m/16,076ft) 6-7 hours

Day 09:  Lobuche to Gorekhep (5180m/16,994ft) and to EBC (5364m/17598), 6-7 hours

Day 10:  Gorekhep  to Kalapatter (5,545m/18,192ft ) and  pheriche (4,320m/14,173ft)  5-6 hours

Day 11:  Pheriche to Namche (3,440m/11,284ft), 7-8 hours

Day 12: Namche to Lukla; (2,800m/9,184ft), 6-7 hours

Day 13: Lukla to Kathmandu, (1350m/4428ft), 35min

Day 14: At Kathmandu

Please Note: that often the Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu flight gets delayed by a few hours or may even be canceled for one, two, or more days due to unfavorable weather conditions. Such conditions may arise even in the best seasons. Hence, in such cases, you must be prepared for long waits either at Kathmandu or Lukla airports, as this can happen either at the start or end of the trek or even both! We will do our best to avoid such delays, and arrange the next flight for you.

Tamang Heritage Trek

Tamang Heritage trek, the exciting off beaten trekking track, is newly developed and famous trekking destination lies between Langtang and Ganesh Himal. This adventurous trekking trail was developed by the “Tourism for Rural Poverty Alleviation Program”, in order to uplift the status of the rural people and their living standard. This trek is situated near to the Tibetan border, that’s why the living style of the local people are somehow similar to the Tibetan culture. Especially this trek explore the ancient Tibetan culture and tradition along with the astonishing natural scenery.

The trek begins and ends in SyabruBesi but when trekkers head towards the destination they pass through different beautiful villages like Gatlang, Goljung, Chilime, Thuman, Timure and Briddim, which are inhabited by Tamang and Tibetan. We may get chance to experience about the culture and the tradition of local people of this region. Parvatikunda Lake and Tamang Monastery are the prime attraction of this region. The natural hot spring and healing bath at Tatopani of this region is the exciting experience for any trekkers. The best season to trek this destination are March-May and September-November.
